Everything went smoothly other than a wait of a few days for parts. Erik kept us in touch during the whole process and let us know that the parts came in early and we would get our van fixed before an upcoming road trip. We got other service done on the vehicle during the wait. After I picked up the van, I had questions about the braking. I called Erik on Saturday and he had me bring the van back for a quick reassuance that things were fine. And the van has passed our road trip test with flying colors.

This visit could not have been better, as it saved us time and money (which are always great reasons!). The service advisor (Reis Walker), and service and parts departments were great to deal with. We brought our 2019 Impala LT into Bommarito for what we thought was a needed replacement of a wheel liner, where Reis was in constant contact with us, and could not have been more helpful. In the end, we were informed that a wheel liner replacement was unnecessary, and we were not billed. Some dealerships or shops would taken the money and ran, but not this one. In many cases you can't buy piece of mind, but in this case we received it for free along with a thank you for our business. Really great people and service at Bommarito.

1st off, adding in amv to the list price, then some bogus paint protection that u charge for. Then you show a discount as if the unit was a loaner car for 6 months, very different pricing as to when u go to deal on the unit. Salesman and finance guy did a good job, however im not sure about the price they came to was legit.

Maurice exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We called the dealership looking for a specific car and he was able to secure us one that was already being built and sent to their dealership. He was very thorough and responsive with his communication and made the buying experience smooth! He called us a week early to let us know our car was in and scheduled a time for us to come in. He had the paperwork already done, made sure that the car was detailed and had a full tank all before we got there. We were in and out within two hours and an hour of that was us waiting on my husband to get there! Cannot recommend Maurice enough! Thank you for such an amazing experience!!

Overall experience was ok. Brought vehicle in with 2 concerns. 1 issue was fixed under GM warranty. 2nd issue was not able to be recreated in the less than 2 miles the vehicle was driven by the mechanic, when it was explained the issue occurs over 50mph. Was provided a loaner vehicle, BRAND NEW with less than 10 miles on it. The vehicle had several mechanical issues that nearly left me stranded (Beyond Bommaritos control)

It really isn't the dealership we are dissatisfied with...but with Chevy in general. When we bought our 2017 Equinox brand new it came with a piece of paper stating we were covered for 10 years or 200,000 miles for the engine...but when we actually had a problem recently at less than 8 years and about 79,000 miles which totally destroyed the engine...Chevy basically said "too bad." We now know that this was due to a design flaw and feel totally robbed.

Good morning Dropped car off on Friday afternoon. Requested to have tire repaired & AC repaired if there was enough time – otherwise I said I would bring the car back in the following week for the AC repair. Seemed like everything was understood. Came back on Saturday to pick the car up & was told the tire wasn’t repaired & that the car was up on the rack torn apart to deal with the AC (which I said I would wait on.) The gentleman (Greg Bamberg) at the desk told me I would have to pay for a rental car. I told him that I should not have to. He proceeded to tell me that I yelled at him (raised voice yes - yelled no). Then he told me he was having issues outside of work (which we all do). He ended up comping the rental car to me (which was a struggle). 100% not looking to get him in trouble – but he should take time off from work if he lets his outside issues cause him to have an attitude. I gave a 3 stars because they did a good job in what I needed done to my car. If I did not need an oil change I would have left this establishment. I walked in no one spoke or acknowledged I was even in the room. I walked up to one guy desk and he kept working and talking to his colleague as if I wasn’t there. I went to another gentleman and told me to give him a second and then another guy told me he would help. The guy who told me to give him a second finally helped me. Finally after all that I was able to get my car serviced in a timely manner. Professionalism is something I will always appreciate from an establishment. I’m thankful I was able to get in for an oil change and get a ride to my job across the street. I was referred to this location by Tim Hilyard, and this was my second visit. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of warmth from the staff. When I pulled in, no one acknowledged me or offered any direction. The employees looked at me but went right back to what they were doing. I was the one to initiate a “good morning.” Once I got to the counter, Eric was helpful and professional. But when I returned to check out, the person behind the counter didn’t say a word—just gave me a look that made me feel like I was interrupting. I waited until he and Shannon finished their conversation, and Shannon eventually helped me check out. Overall, while the service itself was appreciated, I would’ve liked to feel more welcomed and supported throughout the visit.

On 4/17 we called & talked with Eric about a leak we had on our car we bought from you on 4/7. He gave us an appt. on 4/23 @ 9:20a. My husband took it in and was going to wait but Marty told him it may take awhile so we thought since we did have an appt that you would check it out around 10a. Well at 11a I looked at “Track the status of your vehicle” & it was still on Arrival. I checked on it at 12pm & it hasn’t moved yet to Inspection. Again at 2p & it still hasn’t moved so I texted Marty “Just wanting to know about the car”. Never got a response so I called around 3:10p & Marty said they just put it up & checking on it & will call you right back. We had an “appt” @ 9:20a & now @ 3:10p you are looking at it???? Almost 6 hrs??? Both of us had two different places we had to be starting at 5pm and when Marty called and said they couldn’t find the leak and that the could do something that would cost $250 to find where the leak was so my husband ask if he could get a car because we had appts. and he said they didn’t have any cars but they have rentals. WTH? If you guys would’ve looked at the car when we had it reserved for service at 9:20a it would have been a different outcome. I gave you 2 ⭐️ because I liked getting a text message saying our car is “reserved for service” on this date & time……then we get courtesy reminders of our “schedule service” with date & time and it gives us a place to view or modify online 24/7 or to call you directly which is great! Also, everyone is courteous. We bought the car on 4/4 or 4/5 and it need some stuff done to it so Marty reserved service for 4/9 at 10:20a. We did leave the car there and I tracked the status of the car also that day. It kept showing “Arrival” every time I checked. Then Marty called & said they needed more time. First thing in the morning at 8a I checked the status and guess what? Yup! Arrival still…. So this has happened to us not once but twice! As in a Seinfeld show “You all can take a reservation for service but cannot keep the reservation!” 🤷🏻‍♀️ Nancy & Edward Cooney

Everyone is so helpful and great every time . The kids love the playroom the donuts and even the ice cream man came . I live 45 minutes away from the dealership because of the amazing service and how comfortable I feel with everyone there I make the drive for my oil changes and I know there’s multiple dealerships in between my home and there that I could choose from, but everyone here is great.

First time service customer on my older Chevy that has an aftermarket warranty. Wasn’t sure what to expect as this was the first time I’ve had to use it. Was greeted by service staff and met Bill Been He listened to me as I explained “the noise” then went on a drive with me to try to replicate (which of course it didn’t do it). He was patient and courteous throughout the entire experience. I left my car that late afternoon so service could try to diagnose the issue the next day. The noise again did not replicate but the technician lifted the car and could visually see the issue as well as could smell another issue I hadn’t noticed yet. As I was unsure about completing both repairs, I asked Bill to call my husband. He so kindly did. Bill Been, service writer started the warranty process and after the warranty company came to a determination of “covered” repairs, both repairs were completed, one covered and one out of pocket, and Bill had even been able to procure rental for me which was a huge help. Thank you Bill and Bommarito Mazda/Chevrolet for taking care of our family transportation. Very pleased with the service and for keeping both my husband and I informed of the status of the car. Hope to not need more auto service, but I know where to go if I do.

Dropped my truck off at Bommarito S County on Thursday, 5/15 to have my annual maintenance completed. Everything seemed fine until I picked up my truck, which I was suprised to see a message on my dash "Service Tire Monitor System." Did not know what this was so I called up to the dealership and was informed that this is a sensor in your tire that needed to be replaced and the cost for this would be a little over $200 per tire. I questioned this because I did not have this error message when I dropped it off and now I have it after it was serviced. I was then informed that this occured most likely after the tire rotation was completed. If that was the case, why wasn't it addressed at that time and just left for me to see later? Wouldn't you correct when the vehicle is there? There's a lot of concerns about how this was handled. I took it to a local repair shop, Dobbs Tire and Auto, who quoted me a little over $90 for the sensor. It appears that only one sensor is out; not all 4 as quoted by Bommarito.

I walked in to look at 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon and drove off in my new truck by 6 pm. I trade vehicles each year and have mostly been a Dodge/Jeep owner and only looked at Chevrolet because I was disappointed in the new Ram having no longer offering the Hemi. I told the salesman this and he had me test drive a gas and Duramax Z71 trucks, they both were great but the Duramax was the hit. Also the salesman and finance guy were both super friendly and not pushy at all. They gave me a good trade on a BMW I was trading in and got me in and out of the finance office apologizing it took so long even after start to finish with test drives I was there less than 2 hours. The salesman Maurice definitely has a repeat customer going forward.

I went in on a Friday afternoon to see about my a/c not working and they said it was my thermostat and that they couldn’t get to it until Monday. I said I can’t leave it because my mom was on hospice and was about to pass any day. They didn’t have any rentals left. No problem….got in and out in a timely manner. The service tech was friendly and professional and took care of business. Only complaint I have is about your Porters. Moving my vehicle from point A to point B does not require moving my mirrors. A minor pet peeve of mine but I can take my wife’s vehicle up to the store and not touch her mirrors . Now unless they are taking my car out for a spin there is no reason to move the mirror. I have them set up the way I like them and they move them just to drive around the dealership lot. I find myself fiddling with them the next couple of days until I’m comfortable.

Although my warranty covered this repair, it does not cover the exceptional amount I am out of pocket for the rental car I had to pay for. The warranty company took way too long to assess and approve this repair. I was without my car for almost a month, still having to make the car payment plus an additional amount well over that car payment for a rental car. The service I received from the staff at Bommarito was impeccable! Erik went above and beyond with his contact to me almost daily, whether he had info or not. This is impressive as I am certain there were many things to do each day within the service department but the customer service was well over my expectations. Thank you for that!

i had my oil change and tire rotation done on a saturday. apparently that the best day , I was in and out in an hour. I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado 6.2LT, I hope that GM has a resolution to its engine problems. I was told that the price of my oil change was going to increase because of the different oil that is being used. I think GM shouldn't increase the price they should pay for my oil changes until a resolution is chosen. this should fall under the recall

I sat in the waiting room for routine oil change for 2 1/2 hours with an infant. I let them know when I got there, I needed it done quickly because of having the infant so when 2 1/2 hours went by, I still didn’t hear from anybody. I had to ask how much longer I was told it was done they just didn’t tell me. Also, one of my wheels is scratched. The wheels are powder coated, and there’s an obvious spot on one.

The experience at dealership was outstanding. Your website experience was terrible. I felt your website was very misleading. You are lucky to have a great salesman in Tom Philips. If it would not have been for him I would have went to another dealership. Your pricing on website is deceiving. I went to other chevy dealerships websites and they do not do want you do. I felt I had to pay 2700 more for the car than what your website stated. The discount price should have only been on the cars that were loaner or rental cars. That discount should not have been on every car.

I brought my car in on 7/1/25 for an oil change and a stalling issue. The service department performed the oil change but the diagnostics did not find the reason why my car stalled. I drove it for 2-3 weeks afterwards, and it stalled again. I brought it back in on Monday, August 4 and left it until Friday, August 9, hoping that the stalling problem could be identified and fixed. Apparently, the mechanic drove my car but could not re-create the problem so the issue was not fixed. I do not feel that my car is safe to drive at this point.

Had a great experience from driving my vehicle in to the time of departure. I was greeted by a porter who was kind. They covered the floor mat AND the seat. Erik was a great service advisor to work with! Made sure that my first GM oil change was charged to GM and assured me I would not be billed. I was in/out with in 40 minutes of my appointment time. They were even nice enough to ask if I would like a car wash. I had my daughter with me and there was a nice play area for kids. The other sales representatives that were in the main lobby and when my daughter would run out there, they were very nice and made small talk instead of just ignoring a wild child.

Reis was very unprofessional. He immediately had an attitude before I even made it into the garage. After reading other reviews this seems to be normal. I don’t know if he was hungover or mad because he had to work on a Saturday but he’s rude and disrespectful. Didn’t explain what needed to be done to my vehicle just called with price and was like do you wanna fix it or not. Said it was going to be a few days. Charged me for 6 hours of labor and the truck was pulled in at 2 and done before 4. Last time I checked that’s 2 hours. He was very rude and condescending. Got even madder when I asked questions. I will never go there again.

Lack of mechanics (per service dept.)on the job forced me to pickup my vehicle not serviced after Bomarito had my car 2 days. My car was in service for 5 days a couple of weeks before with the same difficult problem with AC control. Service dept. says they are confident the problem is resolved now after a possible suspect part (evaporator sensor) was replaced and it appears to be resolved, but the other times I picked up my car after no one could find the malfunction the ac worked normally for a day and until temperature control was lost again. Nice cool days now aren't taxing the system and I'm not as confident yet (maybe find out next summer) as Bomarito the issue is resolved. Service dept. did loan me a car to drive my first (of 3) visits, subsequent visits they said they had no cars to loan anyone. Tough to get to work and back without the car. I hope to use the ac enough to confirm the fix before wInter. Not a good experience.

The person that was my contact and to let me know when the car was ready. Where the problem started was I was in the waiting for over 2 hours. I went out to the check in/out area to see what was taking so long. I was told the car was ready by a different person and the car was in a parking spot outside the bay where the cars were usually waiting when ready. I asked if the car had had a wash and was told yes. the car was completely dry. The car had been sitting for quite awhile. I let the cashier know that I was not happy and I wanted a complaint to be made.

We are from Southeast Missouri, and we had driven up to Suntrup Kia to look at a car we had been told had been put aside for us to look at. We get there, spoke with the sales person and knew something was wrong. He finally admitted that the car was sold, but he just happened to have another one similar to it that we could look at. I’m 62 years old and had seen this bait and switch technique before, so we left. We called some family members and everybody agreed to go to Bommarito so we went there and had an absolutely amazing experience. Kip was the consummate gentleman and no pressure sales person. Anytime we had a question he was ready with the answer, and if he didn’t know, he admitted it and went and found out. It was an absolute wonderful experience.

I had to have my transmission placed which was under warranty and had excellent service and good communication from Bill. I'm still waiting to hear about being reimbursed for my towing charge and Uber expenses. I went without a car over the weekend which was OK because I just ended up being at home but on Monday morning I had to Uber to get into work and then had to Uber to enterprise to pick up the rental car.

I went in on Wednesday September 3 at 10:00am and left my car to have an oil change and to look at the A/C to see why it wasn't working. Two weeks later the car was finished. The fellow that was taking care of my car went on vacation for a week and I don't think anyone picked up his cases. I was offered a car to use for $40.00 a day. I had to call multiple times to see what was going on with the car. Good thing I didn't wait for the car to be done. Ha Ha

I had a phenomenal experience at Bommarito Chevrolet. My first visit was fact finding visit as I was unceremoniously thrust into the car buying experience with my current vehicles transmission going out on me. Ken was the first member of the Bommarito Team who I worked with, he took the time to understand our situation, and gave meaningful insight and recommendations for vehicles that would suit my wants, needs, and most importantly budget. My return trip the following day Ken was out but Angelica was there to help wrap up the deal. I think many would consider car buying to be a less than fun experience, but that was not the experience my wife and I had with Angelica. Both Ken and Angelica were knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and most important to me respectful of my time. On my fact finding mission of seeing what was out there I experienced probably every type of car salesperson you can come across. Working in and around sales I really enjoyed the professionalism I saw at Bommarito. After my experience with Ken, Angelica, and Chris (the Finance Director) I would not hesitate to recommend friends or family take their business to Bommarito Chevrolet.

Had a damaged oil plug. Took it in Monday morning, got it Friday afternoon. Not very happy-- I called Wednesday and Thursday to check on progress and got no call back.They makeshifted a new plug and glued it in. A brand new lower oil pan and plug would have been much cheaper. $2,400 in LABOR.

I called with a "check engine" light issue at about 950 miles on our new Chevy Trax. The car had not exhibited any problems other than the light. Marty got an appointment set up very quickly. It turned out to be a defective gas filler tube with a part needing to be ordered. I picked up the car finding it having been washed and waiting for me. Everyone at the dealership did what they said they would do and I continue to be pleased with Bommarito South County Chevrolet. My wife and I are, otherwise, enjoying driving the car and looking forward to using it for many years. (Our 2010 Colbalt is still going strong.)

This is the first time I was disappointed. I had a 7:20am appt. for oil change & tire rotation. I arrived by 7:15. Greg checked me in. I was waiting for the service. I continued to check the status update & noticed it wasn’t changing from checking in status after 2 hours & went in to ask Greg. He said it looks like they are starting on it now. I went back to waiting room, he came in a few minutes later & apologized that he had the best & fastest mechanic on it. He would comp me for the delay. I waited another 2 hours & still not seeing any online update on status, went back in to check in with Greg for him to grab a call & then tells me it’s almost finished. He only compensated me $50. I always try to get first appt in hopes to get in & out. I live in St. Charles which is at least a 30 minute drive to your dealership. At this time I’m unsure if I will ever come back to get service completed on my Blazer. I was so upset that I was there all morning & had to cancel plans due to the delay.

While he was filling out the work order my wife called me and said her 2018 Malibu wouldn't start. When I asked Bill if I jump started my wife's car would he be able to have someone check for the problem. He said sure. When I got my wife's car to Bommarito Bill had it checked out and a new battery installed in less than 90 minutes. Then I arrived they said my person helping me was Reis. Well he was helping someone and the other 4 people sat there helping nobody so not understanding why I had to wait over 10 minutes for him to finish to be helped. When I was checked in I was told it would be 2 hours wait because the 12:30 1:00 and 1:30 appointments were still waiting to be taken. So I decided to leave my car and come back later to pick up after I found a ride. I no sooner left your building and arrived back at work when I received a text message my car was done. 26 minutes after checking in and left. So not sure what happened there.

Went for an oil leak, and a new tire. Ended up getting a new link anxle, and the coolant tank. To them, that's where the leak was coming up. $1000. I leave then hear noise coming from my back tire and oil still leaking. Made another appointment to return. Now they said heavy oil leak, and my shock absorbers were detached. Another $1000. So technically nothing was fix right the first time and I was charged twice. Let's see what falls apart next.

Jarrett was a pleasure, the sales management team was practicing very shady business. Negotiated price the evening before apparently included rebates that I did not disclose. Additionally, the website mentions a GM Cash incentive of $3,600 *everyone qualifies for* except for at Bommarito. Even though they correct this nonsense, the only reason they did is because they’d already began the DMV registration process and wouldn’t been too costly to back out. I will never spend another dollar at this dealership and spend my time actively telling folks about my experience.

There are not enough heavy lifts. Each time I come in I have to wait for one of the two lifts that can manage a 2500 pickup. This visit I was the first person in line at 7. Honestly, it was a hassle to deal with this recall. The dealer at the last minute said my truck wasn't going to finished when they said it was. They gave me 30 minutes to get to the dealership to get a loaner. Then messaged me and said the previous person left personal items in the vehicle and wanted them returned. I had to stop what I was doing the following morning to return the items. I live more than 30 minutes from the dealer. They didn't offer to pay for the gas I used. But, I had to fill the tank before I brought the car back. Then at 5 o'clock in rush hour I was supposed to have the vehicle returned, because my truck was finally fixed. The kicker was that the Dealer offered to wash my truck but didn't. I guess only certain patrons get carwashes.
