Trim Levels of the 2022 Chevy Blazer
1. 2LT
The 2LT is the base trim but comes with a wide range of features. You get a powerful 2L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with optional AWD. The 2LT Blazer has trailering capabilities up to 3,500 lbs. The power programmable liftgate is optional. It allows you to pre-set the maximum height at which the liftgate can open to prevent bumping against a garage’s door or low ceiling.
The 2LT trim comes with the Chevy Safety Assist suite as a standard feature. The suite includes Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian Braking, Automatic Emergency Braking, Following Distance Indicator, and IntelliBeam. IntelliBeam is a feature that automatically adjusts the high beams at night, so you don’t blind the other drivers while still maintaining good visibility.
2. 3LT
The 3LT trim comes with all the 2LT features, but you can choose a 3.6L V6 engine instead of the standard 2L turbo one. The power programmable liftgate is standard for this trim. The optional rear camera mirror helps enhance safety by providing a wider view of what’s behind the vehicle in comparison with traditional rear-view mirrors.
That’s because the camera is not obstructed by the heads of the passengers on the rear seats and the roof of the car itself. The 3LT trim comes with two exclusive designs: Midnight Edition, with a glossy black grille and black-painted wheels, and Redline Edition, with red accents on the wheels.
3. RS
The RS trim comes with the same 3.6L V6 engine as the 3LT, but you can add the Advanced Twin Clutch AWD as an optional feature. The Advanced Twin Clutch enhances the car’s performance with two clutches on each rear wheel. Each clutch is controlled separately. You can also add extra trailering capability, up to 4,500 lbs.
The RS trim features premium black accents, including black Chevrolet emblems and a black grille. It has leather-appointed seats in the elegant Jet Black hue, with red accents. The trim has a unique design for the 20-inch wheels. You can also choose optional 21-inch wheels.
4. Premier
For the Premier trim, you can choose the 3.6L V6 engine or the 2L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. This trim comes with an elegant chrome-trimmed grille, silver-colored roof rails, and chrome accents. For the leather-appointed seats, you can choose the colors Jet Black and Maple Sugar.
The wheels have a unique design. You can choose 20-inch or 21-inch wheels. The Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus System, equipped with an 8-inch HD color touchscreen, is standard for this trim. You can also add a premium 8-speaker Bose audio system, ventilated front seats, and a handy organizer near the center console of the car.
